Teresa & Philippe de Billot began their careers in the hospitality industry, Teresa in Cornwall at the 'front of house', and Philippe in South Africa and Cornwall as a Pastry Chef. Here are some of the hotels in which we learned our craft:

After a career about-turn, which saw us stuck in the corporate rat race of London, and a subsequent 6 month sabbatical that took us to Australia, New Zealand and the US, we finally heeded our friends' suggestions that we should run our own guesthouse. After several months and many viewings all over the UK, we found the perfect place in our favourite part of the country - 'The Braes' in Spean Bridge.
If running 'The Braes' wasn't enough, Philippe is also a volunteer Firefighter.
